Technology Partners was founded in 2003 by David Weil, BA, and Bernard Karshmer, PhD.

 
Today David Weil and his associates continue to provide one-on-one coaching and

individualized services to enhance the quality and effectiveness of presentations,

produce videos, create exhibitions, and more.

David Weil is an educator and e-learning leader with over 40 years of experience in health/science communications. He has managed exhibit design, media production 

audio/visual, and public relations services at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago, 

and at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.

He is a nationally-recognized speaker on presentation design and innovation in online learning,
has produced several award-winning videos, and created numerous gallery exhibitions.
